We have been receiving feedbacks from our investors that our SMS confirmation has been irregular whereby some received it after 12 hours, some not receiving it at all and others are receiving the same SMS time and again.
Please take note that we have confirmed that the situation was caused by the damaged made to the under-sea cable systems off Taiwan which affected the telecommunications and internet connectivity. In view of this, services of our SMS confirmation to mobile phones and our Financial Facility will remain disrupted until the situation has been resolved.
We would like to apologize for any inconveniences caused.
